He is certified as a DHS Program Manager Level II\, Test and Evaluation Manager\, Life Cycle Logistics Manager\, Systems Engineering Manager\, Air Transport Pilot and Commercial Flight Instructor - Instruments\, and completed the Air Command and Staff College Joint Professional Military Education program.\n\nCaptain Chip Lewin has received numerous military decorations during his Coast Guard Career.
