Community Land Trust (CLT) consultant\, Michael Brown of Burlington Associates in Community Development\, LLC from Saint Joseph\, MN will be presenting.  Mike has been working with CLT development for decades. This will be an amazing opportunity to learn from an expert about Community Land Trusts and why one in Sitka may be a good idea.
