The event\, on May 4th\, is attended by locals\, visitors and hospitality managers & employees (front desk\, bell\, housekeeping\, charter lodges\, restaurant wait & host staff\, transportation drivers\, etc.). Promotion of the event includes email\, social media\, newspaper and radio announcements. Don't miss this opportunity to showcase your business! \n\n\n\nDETAILS: \n\n\n\nExhibitors will be supplied with a table\, two chairs\, and a company sign. Booth set-up begins at 3:00 pm and must be completed by 3:45 pm. Take-down can begin no earlier than 8:00 pm. Exhibitors are encouraged to make their space real with displays of equipment for activities (kayaks\, scooters\, etc.)\, food samples for eating and drink vendors and displays of wares for retail businesses. Each Exhibitor is asked to donate an item or certificate for the Door Prize Drawings. Giveaways such as 2 for 1 coupon\, discounts\, candy jars\, logo items\, referral programs for locals\, etc. are encouraged and will spark interest in your business and your booth.
