DESCRIPTION:Kettleson Memprial Library will be having our LiScary event from 6:30 - 8:30\, following Sitka's downtown trick or treating. We will have a costume parade starting downtown at 6:15 and leading to the library\, where there will be stories and a video screening. Everyone is invited to attend and participate\, even if not in costume.
