SAIL serves over 1200 Southeast Alaskan seniors and individuals experiencing disability.\n\nWe provide resources\, equipment\, evaluations and advocacy to allow individuals to become independent in their homes\, work and the community.\n\nDave Nuetzel\, Sitka Program Director for SAIL will be presenting ways to improve the experience of every customer visiting your business.  The principles of Universal Design allow every customer to feel like your business has just been waiting for them to arrive.  We will share information about one on one interactions\, accessible entrances and areas of the business\, and tax rebates for making improvements.
