Studying engineering and special education in school\, he has spent years in various roles working for individuals with disabilities and at risk youth before his present employment. \n\nSAIL\, an Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) has a mission of Inspiring Personal Independence. SAIL serves over 1200 Southeast Alaskan seniors and individuals experiencing disability. They provide resources\, equipment\, evaluations and advocacy to allow individuals to become independent in their homes\, work and the community.\n\n\n\nBridgette Hitchcock:\n\nI came to Sitka in the early 90's as a Jesuit Volunteer at SAFV. I worked at SAFV for a few years before going back to school. In 2001\, I came back to Sitka and worked at Sitka Physical Therapy. I now work at Sitka Community Hospital and am a mother of 2 children. I got involved with the Playground project about 6 years ago with the first group of parents that saw the need for a new playground. I am committed to seeing this dream become a reality and I'm happy to let the Chamber know about the history and the plans. \n\nMenu\n\nLasagna\, Salad Bar
