DESCRIPTION:About the Event\n\nFriday\, February 16th from 6:30 - 8:00 pm at The Studio by emily.\n\n\n\nThis month's meet-up will be led by Holly Mitchell\, owner of Zen Den Sitka\, and Emily Davis\, owner of The Studio by emily. First\, we'll talk with Holly and Emily about how they've turned their passion into practice as successful business owners\, and learn about techniques they use to keep a healthy mind and body through the long Alaska winter. Then\, we'll tackle those winter blues with an easy and relaxing yoga session led by Holly.\n\nThe yoga session will be designed for beginners. Yoga mats will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing. Tea and pastries will be available. Registration is preferred.\n\n\n\nEach month we gather a group of young professionals in Sitka for networking and a conversation about professional development. These meet-ups are often accompanied by food and drinks\, and the conversations are led by young professionals in the community.
