In addition to his current duties\, Mr. Dickey is the Alaska HUBZone Contracting empowerment program Liaison.\n\n \n\nSam has been employed by the U.S. Small Business Administration since 1988. He has twenty four years' experience in the computer industry ranging from Mainframe programming to network management to PC assembly and repair.\n\n \n\nMr. Dickey's experience also includes working an employee\, manager\, and owner of small businesses in the service and technology industries.
