DESCRIPTION:Weekly luncheons are held every Wednesday at noon. Enjoy great food\, dynamic speakers\, and exciting networking opportunities. Chamber luncheons are open to the public. His career has included human service work with youth and adults in the substance abuse areas\, owner/operator of three tour businesses\, a Career Guide with Department of Labor\, Director the Greater Sitka Arts Council\, and employee of the Sitka Historical Society for the 150th Commemoration of the transfer of Alaska from Russia to the United States.\n\n\n\nMichael Mausbach was born and raised in Washington State and is an alumnus of The Evergreen State College. After completing his degree in Global Studies and Comparative History Michael moved to Sitka\, where he has since worked for both the Sitka Sound Science Center and the UAS Sitka Campus. Outside of UAS Michael has served as President of the Friends of Sheldon Jackson Museum\, as a coach for the Boys Run Program\, and can often be found volunteering for local organizations and events. Michael currently manages college to career programming for the Sitka Campus as part of the Title III Grant.
