(YAS) as Assistant Director.  She has been working with youth in a variety of professional and volunteer positions for the past 19 years\, to include Contracting as a Therapeutic Foster Parent\, a Program Coordinator for the Transitional Living Program for Runaway and Homeless Youth\, Outpatient Mental/Behavioral Health\, Therapeutic Foster Care\, Drop-in Center and Employment Program.  She holds Trainer Certificates in the Transition to Independence Process\, Pressley Ridge Treatment Foster Care\, and Residential and Child and Youth Professional Training. And Jessica has taught Workplace Conflict Resolution as well as Leadership and Management classes across the state of Alaska for the Department of Homeland Security.  Jessica started her work career in her family ran run business back in Kansas. Through that experience she learned business management and a solid work ethic. It has uniquely positioned her to develop the Employment Program as her experience working with youth and growing up in a family run business are able to be combined.
