Arrr! Stop yer pillaging and lend me an ear! I have a message for ye to hear! The 1st Annual Sitka Chamber Pirate Pub Crawl will take place on Saturday, November 16th! Pull out yer best pirate clothin’ and get ready for some swashbuckling fun. Dress like a pirate and the event is FREE!
Directions for Play:
- Dress like a pirate and ye play for FREE! Dress like a person and ye will be given pirate garb to wear, but for a cost!
- Come to the official start of the Pirate Pub Crawl for the group pirate photo at Baranof Island Brewing Company at 7pm! The brewery is a BONUS STOP and while yer not required to attend, ye won't want to miss it! Along with the group photo, it is a chance to win bonus prizes!
- Either pick up yer treasure map at Baranof Island Brewery or at any of the participating pubs... Pioneer Bar, the Poorhouse, Ernie's Old Time Saloon, Homeport Eatery, Westmark Lounge or the Bayview Restaurant and Pub! Looking for yer pirate garb? It will be available when ye pick up yer map.
- Take your map to every participating pub and get your stamp! When you get your very last stamp, turn in your map for chances to win great prizes!
A portion of the proceeds earned will be donated to Alaska Arts Southeast. Thank you to all of the participating pub stops, Alaska Pacific Bank and Russell's for your support!
