Sitka Wonders, a 40-minute wildlife film experience, will be showing at Harrigan Centennial Hall. Showtimes are 10:30 AM, 11:45 AM, 1:00 PM, and 2:30 PM. Tickets can be bought online at sitkawonders.com or at the door.

4th of July Parade: America 250. Parade starts on Lincoln Street at Crescent Harbor Playground, continuing down Lincoln Street through downtown, ending on Harbor Drive. Contact the Sitka Chamber, (907) 747-8604.

Sitka Fire Department and USCG will have a Motors vs. Rotors Water Fight following the Parade on Lincoln Street in front of City Hall.

Rich McClear will lead a presentation “Is the United States a Christian Nation?” as part of America’s 250. The group convenes at Unitarian Hall at 10:30 am. A 15-minute service begins at 10:45 am followed by a presentation at 11:00 am outlining arguments of both conservative and liberal legal scholars with a discussion to follow.
