Dawn Shuler, CEO and CAO (Chief Action Officer) of The Shuler Group, has been working with business and communication all her life, from teaching English as a new college grad to working with companies to improve their communications, sales, and marketing. As a business coach and consultant since 2005, she helps her clients strategize goals, create efficient systems, design more effective and powerful sales processes and presentations, and ensure powerful, consistent communication and customer service system throughout the organization.

She has thousands of hours of coaching and training individuals, executives, department staffs, and small business teams. In addition, Dawn is a Level 3 Licensed Certified Trainer for B.A.N.K.™, a personality profiling system that has been scientifically-proven to predict buying behavior.
