Summer Speaker Series | SIT Airport Update

Join us for our Summer Speaker Series on Wednesday, June 21st. Michael Harmon, CBS Municipal Engineer will share the latest on City of Sitka's remodel of the Rocky Gutierrez Airport beginning Fall of 2023. The remodel will include an addition of a brand new two-story building as well as remodel of most parts of the existing terminal building. The two-story building will include a new passenger-screening area and gate lounges with a concessions area. The remainder of the adjustments will be changes to the TSA baggage rooms, and cosmetic changes to the external and internal features of the building.
