Visit Sitka is hosting the 2025 Visit Sitka Summer Expo on Saturday, May 3rd from 3:00 PM - 6:00PM at the Southeast Resort Banquet Room (formerly Westmark Sitka Hotel).

Sitka’s visitors rely on the knowledge and recommendations of our frontline workers—from hotel staff and tour guides to restaurant servers and shopkeepers. The Visit Sitka Summer Expo is your chance to explore all that Sitka has to offer, so you can confidently share insider tips with guests and help create unforgettable experiences.

About Your Booth

Each exhibitor booth includes an 8-foot table, two chairs, and plenty of space to showcase your offerings. Booths are available exclusively to Visit Sitka partners, and space is limited—so don’t miss out!

Exhibitors are encouraged to decorate their booths with promotional materials, signage, and displays that showcase their business and attract attendees. If your booth requires electricity, please let us know in advance so we can place your booth near an outlet.

The event is open to the public from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. All vendors are required to stay at their booth for the entire event and may not break down until 6:00 PM.
