Sitka Chamber Golf Tournament Scores

The 5^th Annual Sitka Golf Tournament brought to you by Alaska Communications and the Sitka Chamber was held on Sunday morning, July 21^st, at Sea Mountain Golf course. A total of nine teams played in the 18 hole scramble tournament.

A putting contest took place at the end of the tournament after two teams tied with a score of 57. The winners of the contest, golfers Carlton Robinson, Troy Denkinger, Lowell Frank and Bruce Belley, took 1^st place in the tournament, bring golfers Blake Hagerman, Ed Conway, Tyler McKarty and Wayne Hagerman in at 2^nd. Paddy Hansen, Steve Stiles, Jerry Sutton and Mike Wasson came in 3^rd with a score of 61.

Blaker Hagerman won the Closest to the Hole contest on hole number 5, Brian Stephens took the prize for the Straightest Drive contest on hole number six, Jennifer Robinson won the Ladies Longest Drive contest on hole number seven and Tyler McCarty took the prize for the Men’s Longest Drive contest also on hole number seven. The winning team for the Least Number of Putts contest went to Blake Hagerman, Ed Conway, Tyler McKarty and Wayne Hagerman.
