Community Land Trust Consultant To Speak At Chamber Lunch
The Sitka Chamber of Commerce Luncheon will be at noon on Wednesday, December 19th at the Westmark Sitka. Community Land Trust (CLT) consultant, Michael Brown of Burlington Associates in Community Development, LLC from Saint Joseph, MN will be presenting. Mike has been working with CLT development for decades. This will be an amazing opportunity to learn from an expert about Community Land Trusts and why one in Sitka may be a good idea.
